Our team is composed of individuals with J.D.s, accounting degrees, advanced management degrees, planning expertise, and construction management experience—making us uniquely qualified to tackle the complexities of each project.

Dan holds a BA from UC Santa Barbara and a JD from Loyola Law School. He practiced transactional business law at a major law firm, focusing on corporate finance (including municipal bonds), mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. In 2000, Dan left the practice of law to found Shoes.com, an e-commerce company he sold in 2007. Following that, he founded a real estate investment trust focused on bridge loans, which he continues to lead as president. Dan has also syndicated the acquisition of approximately 1,500 units of multi-family housing in Los Angeles and Inglewood, nearly all of which is workforce housing.
Chris has a BA from Pomona College and a JD from UCLA School of Law. Over his 30+ year career, Chris has led the development and preservation of more than 100 low-income, historic, and workforce housing projects totaling over $1 billion. His expertise lies in structuring complex projects, navigating financing, and ensuring successful outcomes.
Rodney has a BS in Accounting from Cal State LA and a JD from West LA School of Law. Rodney has over 20 years of experience in affordable housing and is responsible for managing project projections and overseeing all traditional CFO functions. His expertise ensures that financial strategies align with project goals, helping to ensure long-term success.
Harold has a BS in Math and Physics from Hampton University and is a graduate of the Ross Minority Program in Real Estate at the University of Southern California. Harold specializes in working with non-profit corporations, government relationships, and finding unique development opportunities. He was a successful franchisee for McDonald's and Burger King and has led and participated in various non-profit organizations, including active involvement with the Episcopal Church.
Greg has a BS from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. With extensive experience in construction, asset management, and development, Greg is well-versed in overseeing projects from planning through execution. He is instrumental in coordinating efforts among stakeholders to ensure project success.
Brandon has a BS degree in Planning from Cal State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and has over 25 years of experience in planning and construction. He plays a key role in overseeing the construction phase of projects, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.
Denise has attended the University of Phoenix in Business Administration and brings over 2 years of experience in business and financial operations. As Controller, Denise helps manage day-to-day financial functions, ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting.
